This little book, The secret of good vinaigrette revealed to Icelanders, will tell you everything you need to know to make delicious and healthy French salat sauces. With more than 30 recipes, it will also give you a inside view of Iceland through my French eyes! I had a little help from an Icelandic sheep to elaborate original recipes based on Icelandic products! I got the idea for this book when a great variety of vinegar, oil and salad appeared in the shops in Iceland. Full of ideas and with funny illustrations, it is available in Icelandic, French, English and German (Salka 2005).
