History and location

The House at Sogavegur 224 was built in 1954 for the family of the first Program Director of the Icelandic National Television Service. It has remained a family property since.

Situated in the centre of Reykjavík metropolitan area, it is in easy access to all major cultural, sport and leisure facilities, intercity and national transport centers, as well as numerous hiking trails.

The House overlooks the Elliađárvogur delta and fjord, with Mt. Esja, the pride of Reykjavík, in the distance.
